FIRST OF JANUARY


The series "First of January" is a story about women in love. It shows how they live their lives in a very sensitive and gentle way.

In my country, the morning of the 1st of January is always a special time, because the day itself seems to fall through time.

On this day, you can remember nothing, because all the annual results were written yesterday.
And expect miracles, because dreams and plans were also written yesterday.

Each woman in these paintings celebrated New Year's Eve so well that she even forgot to take off her gorgeous crown and earrings. Or maybe she left them on purpose, so that in the morning in the mirror she could see the traces of a beautiful night, which she wanted to extend slightly.

And then all day long she can do nothing but dream, admire the gifts and herself.
